Becoming Premium Customer with AGON

Purchasing lots of goods in our bookshop and in antique books will qualify you as a premium customer with a membership for one year with a lot of benefits and special offers.

AGON Premium Customer in the Bookshop
For each full Euro turnover in our bookshop we will credit one premium point to your customer account in the course of one calendar year. If you collect a minimum of 120 premium points in the departments "Bookstore & Fan Articles", "AGON BigCards" and "Collector Accessories"during one calendar year you will be "AGON Premium Customer" in the following year. Always on the 1st of January the premium customers are being identified, all premium accounts are nullified and the collection of premium points starts anew. The premium membership is valid for one calendar year. Your effective point level is shown on your last invoice.

Our premium customers profit from the following advantages

  • Special Offers: Up-to-date bargains, special editions and remainders are offered first to our premium customers.
  • Annual Gifts: In February of the following year all plenty-purchasers premium customers are rewarded with a premium gift that mirrors the turn-over of the preceding year.
  • Special Catalogues: Especially for our premium customers we compile special catalogs, with additional price advantages, with exclusive special editions, which we first offer in these catalogs at favorable subscription prices, as well as special information on planned titles and events..
  • Premium-Internet: An area accessible only to our premium customers in the Agon online shop offers an additional platform for the fastest information and time-limited price promotions.
  • Wishlist Service: Only our premium customers have the opportunity for you to search for special or old and long-out-of-print books.
  • Search Service: We also offer a search service for current novelties to our customers in the premium sector.
  • Advice: On request, as a premium customer you will receive a personal contact person in our house, who will advise and look after you in all areas of our offer.
  • Reservations: For our premium customers, we are happy to reserve free of charge the best seats at all AGON events, such as auctions, open house, readings, autograph sessions.


AGON Antiq-Premium Customer in the Antiquariat
For each full Euro turnover in our antiauriat we will credit one antiq-premium point to your customer account in the course of one calendar year. If you collect a minimum of 250 antiq-premium points in the department "Antiquariat" during one calendar year you will be "AGON Antiq-Premium Customer" in the following year. Always on the 1st of January the premium customers are being identified, all premium accounts are nullified and the collection of premium points starts anew. The premium membership is valid for one calendar year. Your effective point level is shown on your last invoice.

Our premium customers profit from the following advantage

  • Save Money: As an antiq-premium customer, we grant you a credit of 2% on the price of goods on all orders within the antique bookshop (collector's item catalogs and collectibles in the internet shop), if the receipt of your invoice has been effected within 10 days of the invoice date on our account. These credits will be processed by us until 31.12. of the year for you on a special account and sent to you at the beginning of the new year as a shopping voucher. This personal shopping voucher can only be invoiced to you with orders from our complete offer (except auction goods) in the following year. The voucher is valid for one year. A cash payment of this shopping voucher is not possible!
  • Annual Gifts: In February of the following year all plenty-purchasers premium customers are rewarded with a premium gift that mirrors the turn-over of the preceding year.
  • Premium-Internet: An area accessible only to our premium customers in the Agon online shop offers an additional platform for the fastest information and time-limited price promotions.
  • Special: If you name us your collection or interest area, we can look around for you in the market and you receive possibly customized offers for your collecting passion. - However, it is important that you specify your collection area precisely, e.g. all about weightlifting; Postcards or photos of the 1936 Olympic Games; all about Fritz Walter. General descriptions of your collection area, such as all about football world championships; all about the Football World Cup 1954; Sports postcards are too broad and our staff can not put together individual offers for you due to the number of exhibits available. But do not worry, you will find everything in our catalogs or on our website. Please understand that each customer can only specify a maximum of two special areas of interest.
  • Advice: On request, as a antiq-premium customer you will receive a personal contact person in our house, who will advise and look after you in all areas of our offer
  • Reservations: For our antiq-premium customers, we gladly reserve the best seats free of charge for all AGON events, such as auctions, open house days, readings, autograph sessions, u.v.m. - Simply register your reservation request with your AGON SportsWorld customer service representative. Do you want to have a special place? No problem! If available, you will also get your favorite place.
  • Special Catalogs: Each year, you receive up to 2 additional special catalogs with new acquisitions and special offers compiled especially for our antiq-premium customers.
